STEP 1: MOVEMENT

Training programs scientifically designed to get the results you are looking for. 

We offer different styles of training to fit your personal needs and comfort.


Personal One on One Training Sessions:

Work with one of our coaches one on one. We will customize a program designed specifically with your needs in mind. 


Group Personal Training Classes:

Work with one of our coaches in a group. We Individualize your program in a group setting. 


Trail Membership:

We understand that sometimes you may not be sure which plan is the right fit. We offer a 2 week trail group training membership to let you meet our staff and members and see if group training is right for you. 

The cost of trial membership will be applied to your first months membership fee when you decide to stay and join the fun!


28 Day Kick Start Challenge:

Our flagship program to help introduce what we do here at Oxygen + Iron. 

A complete Done-For-You program, combining Group Personal Training, detailed meal plans and much more. A great way to kick start your health and fitness journey for those who are just starting out, or those who need to get started again. 


Spartan Training

Spartan Race training requires a unique balance of both cardio and strength workouts. Train with our Spartan coach to get your ready for your next obstacle race.

Individual Nutrition Coaching

Need more guidance then just nutritional education, try our nutrition coaching. We will put together a healthy guide designed specifically for your needs and goals.
